Physical, emotional and energetic well-being

Javier Buendía Sanz

I am a physiotherapist with an integrative and holistic approach to health, focused on restoring my patients' internal balance across all their systems: physical, emotional, and energetic. My professional practice combines manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, kinesiology, therapeutic Pilates, and craniosacral therapy, with the aim of providing personalized and effective interventions.

Academic training

– Diploma in Physiotherapy from Rey Juan Carlos University (2004-2007)

– Higher Technician in Animation of Physical and Sports Activities at I.E.S. Los Castillos, Alcorcón (2002-2004)

– Training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy with Body Intelligence (2019-2021)

– Specialist Technician in Kinesiology with Todokine SL (2016)

Specialization

I have completed advanced training in multiple disciplines to enrich my therapeutic approach: biodynamic craniosacral therapy, professional kinesiology, therapeutic exercise, cardiovascular biodynamics, fascial therapy, among others.

Professional philosophy

My therapeutic approach focuses on treating the person, not just the injury. I understand that an injury is often the manifestation of a deeper imbalance, and therefore I approach each case with a holistic perspective. I work to help my patients regain functionality, well-being, and a sense of inner harmony through interventions that combine manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, kinesiological testing, and energy work.

Therapies that connect body, mind and energy.

We don't just treat injuries, we restore harmony.
